reconstruction. After these surgeries, I still experienced
discomfort in my knees and had to stop any exercise that involved
jumping or running. I have found that jumping on the rebounder is

About the Actor
---------------
Katherine and Kimberly Corp danced with the Radio City
Rockettes before deciding to open Pilates on Fifth, now
Manhattan's largest Pilates Studio. They created CARDIOLATES to
address the need for Pilates practitioners to engage in more
cardiovascular activity without derailing the benefits that
Pilates exercises provide. Kimberly and Katherine Corp have been
practicing Pilates and rebounding for over 10 years and have been
certified Pilates instructors for over 7 years, and they also
hold Personal Training certification from the American Council on
Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine
(NASM). In January, 2006 they launched the Pilates Academy
International (PAI) which certifies fitness professionals to
become Pilates instructors, both nationally and internationally.
