About the Developer: Harmonix
For years this U.S. developer toiled away in obscurity, with
critically accled but commercially unsuccessful music games
such as Frequency and Amplitude. Then they made Guitar Hero and
the rest was history. They were bought by MTV Studios in 2006,
when they started work on Rock Band.
