The T-Bar plate post’s sleeve is made of heavy gauge tubular steel, and the post is constructed with solid steel. Featuring an electrostatic powder coating, easy installation, and a 360-degree swivel, this plate post insert allows a wide variety of exercises to be performed. The plate post is an effective piece of equipment - you won't need an existing rig, rack, or squat stand to start an angled barbell training regimen.
